How Can The State Know The ASN's Wealth?

All ASNs are required to report their assets. This is regulated in Menpan RB Circular Number 1 of 2015 concerning the obligation to submit LHKASN within Government Agencies.

Reports on assets and wealth are the obligation of all ASNs as a form of ASN transparency. In addition, report compliance is also one of the driving elements for the establishment of a Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone, which is being implemented by BPS Musi Banyuasin Regency this year.

On January 12, 2023, all State Civil Apparatuses and State Administrators at BPS Musi Banyuasin have completed filling in the State Civil Apparatus Wealth Report (LHKASN) and State Administrative Wealth Report (LHKPN) for the 2022 period.
