Today, Tuesday 28 February 2023 Head of BPS for Musi Banyuasin Regency, Trio Wira Dharma, S.ST., M.M. become a resource person in the activities of the Regional Apparatus Forum/Cross Regional Apparatuses of the 2023 Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Services Office.

In his presentation, the Head of BPS delivered a discussion regarding Extreme Poverty in Musi Banyuasin Regency, which in 2022 decreased to 4.74% from 6.56% in 2021.

Efforts to reduce poverty that can be carried out together include maintaining the price of rice which is a food consumption commodity and ensuring that the children of poor families do not drop out of school. Apart from that, he also conveyed a glimpse of the 2023 Agricultural Census which requires collaboration and coordination from all parties.
