Bailangu Village is 20 Top National Desa Cantik

Based on the results of the desk evaluation of the 2023 Desa Cinta Statistik program carried out by BPS RI, Bailangu Village was selected as the Top 20 National Desa Cinta Statistik.

Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) is one of the programs implemented by BPS RI since 2021 which aims to increase statistical literacy to support national development starting from the village/subdistrict level. This program is also a collaboration between BPS and the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government.

The 2023 Desa Cantik Program is being implemented in 34 provinces in Indonesia. Bailangu Village is the selected Desa Cantik representing South Sumatra Province to be a candidate for the Desa Cantik Award.

The next stage is field evaluation or direct assessment in the field by the BPS RI Assessment Team. The hope is that Bailangu Village can be selected as the Top 10 National Desa Cantik.
