Meanwhile, when compared to the previous month, September NTP 2015 decreased by 0.22 percent due to an increase in the price index received by farmers is lower than the increase in the price index paid by farmers.

The Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of South Sumatra in September 2015 was 102.24 percent, indicating that in general the purchasing power of farmers in September 2015 was better than the base year of 2012. Similarly, when compared to the previous month, NTUP in September 2015 increased by 0.07 percent.
