The number of foreign tourists who visited in South Sumatra in July is 2016 1023 people or up by 77.91 percent compared to June 2016

 The number of foreign tourists (Wisman) who visited in South Sumatera through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang in July 2016 as many as 1,023 people. The number of visitors who came to South Sumatra in July 2016 increased by 77.91 percent compared to June 2016.
    Occupancy rate of the star hotels in South Sumatera in July 2016 reached an average of 50.16 percent, or up 1.21 points compared to TPK hotel in June 2016 of 48.95 percent. Meanwhile, when observed according to hotel classification, in July 2016 TPK Five star hotel is 63.88 percent and is the highest hotel TPK compared to other class of star hotel.
The average length of stay foreign guests in July 2016 is 3.30 days decreased by 0.69 days when compared to the average length of stay foreign guests in June 2016. While the average length of stay in Nusantara/domestic guests in July 2016 has increased 0.35 days compared to the average length of stay of domestic guests in June 2016
