Abstract

The export value of South Sumatra Province in September 2016 was US $

164.35 million, all of which is the result of non-oil and gas commodity exports. Malaysia, Japan and the United States are the main export destinations

South Sumatra in the period January - September 2016, respectively

reached US $ 162.91 million, US $ 141.39 million and US $ 237.43 million, with

the role of the three reached 39.64 percent of total exports in the January - September 2016 period.

Exports to the European Union in January - September 2016 reached US $ 204.22 million

(14.94 percent of total exports) and exports to ASEAN reached US $ 260.79 million

(19.08 percent of total exports)
