Abstract

The economy of Musi Banyuasin Regency based on the size of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in 2024 reached IDR 92.67 trillion and at constant prices in 2010 reached IDR 52.75 trillion.

The economy of Musi Banyuasin Regency in 2024 experienced growth of 4.94 (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security Business Sector experienced the highest growth of 29.00 percent.

In terms of Expenditure, the highest growth occurred in the LNPRT Consumption Expenditure Component, which was 15.57 percent. The structure of the Musi Banyuasin economy in 2024 did not change much. The largest contribution to GRDP came from the Mining and Quarrying Business Sector, while based on expenditure components, the largest expenditure was the Household Consumption Expenditure component.
